This article explains possible causes of the 404 error when trying to access Biz Dev U.
In order to successfully access Biz Dev U, you must have a unique email address listed in your user profile. If someone else has already logged into Biz Dev U with the same email address you have in your user profile, you may receive the following 404 error:
If you do receive this error, please have a manager access your user profile under Admin - Users, and confirm that you have your correct email address listed. If you do not, please update it and try accessing Biz Dev U again.
If you do have the correct email address listed, then try clearing your browser cache, by following the steps in the following article:
If you still have issues after confirming your email address and clearing your cache, please submit a support ticket by accessing the Help icon in the upper right hand corner of BDC Central and selecting "Contact Support".
