Sales and Service Department staff can now be assigned to multiple dealerships. This update means these users can now access all assigned stores with a single sign-on profile. User roles included in this update are Sales Reps, Service Advisors, Sales Managers, and Service Managers.
The following reports were updated with new display views: Activity By Lead Source, Comparison Report, Progress Report, and Service No Books report.
Status Report updated to allow Account Executives to filter between BDC and Dealership activities.
Android Users playback ability restored for Missed Opportunity Alert text messages.
Call Management Dashboard -Call Volume graph display updated.
Call Log - Sales and Service Managers now have access to all filter options for Call Types.
Timeframe label in reports has been updated to correctly reflect filtered timeframe.
