Once an appointment has been created in BDC Central and an Appointment Text Confirmation is assigned to the appointment, the confirmation status can be viewed in BDC Central.
The following locations in BDC Central will indicate when an Appointment Text Confirmation is associated with the appointment.
Opportunity Management Log
A callout icon will be located to the right of the Customer's phone number in the log.
Appointment Text Confirmation Sent
Appointment Text Confirmation Confirmed by the Customer
The Concierge Display Board will indicate when an Appointment Text Confirmation was sent using the following icon which will turn Green if the customer confirms the appointment:
Agent Console - Appt Mgmt Log
In the Agent Console under the Appt. Mgmt tab, users can view appointments that have an Appointment Text Confirmation assigned. The callout icon will turn Green if the customer presses 1 to confirm their appointment after receiving the text reminder.
