Enhancements & New Features
Failed Calls Report:
We've implemented a new feature in the Failed Calls report, giving you the capability to filter the Failed Calls by "Standard Business Hours". This will provide you a better understanding of your Failed Calls while the store is open.
Standard Business Hours will be based on calls coming in Monday through Friday, from 9am to 6pm local time.
Bonus Pay Report:
We have implemented a "Custom Range" filter in the Bonus Pay report. This is to accommodate those who bonus on weekly or bi-weekly pay periods.
- Activity by Lead Source:
- Fixed an issue where the report would either not launch, or would display only "%" symbols, with no data, on certain dates.
- Fixed an issue where some of the show ratios were not calculating properly.
